If you are not satisfied with a delivered item, you can return your order via our returns portal for review.
In order to facilitate the return process and for the fastest possible processing of your return, please note the following points:
- contact us in advance by phone or email BEFORE you send something back to us with a detailed description of the error / problem / return.
- Our customer service team will begin your process and you will immediately receive an RMA number and an RMA form with your printed request
- print out these documents and enclose them with your return
- Please write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging in a large and clear manner
- In order to send goods to us, we strongly recommend that you always pack the item in the manufacturer's original packaging in order to protect it from damage as well as possible.
Pre-paid return with DHL
- Please choose your country below and you will be automatically forwarded to the DHL returns portal. Here you can print a pre-paid parcel stamp for your return. After you've printed out the DHL label, just stick it on the package and drop it off at a DHL post office of your choice. If the return is a revocation, the resulting shipping costs will be passed on to you.
We pay the return shipping costs if:
- the delivered goods are not the ordered ones and / or
- they are damaged oir faulty
- As soon as we have received your return, you will automatically be informed by e-mail about the return receipt.
